Ailsa was Head of People & Culture at Boundless by CSMA from January 2014 to November 2015 when she moved into the role of Operations Director with responsibility for 7 business areas. Boundless by CSMA is one of the UK’s largest membership organisations specialising in getting members more out of their free time. Ailsa joined the organisation in 2014 with overall responsibility for HR strategy, talent management and leadership development. As the organisation developed this led to responsibility for delivering a dramatic cultural shift within the organisation with a strong focus on performance motivation. Ailsa is an advocate of strengths based organisations and this strategy has formed the framework to creating a new culture within Boundless by CSMA.
Previously, Ailsa has worked on a range on major restructuring and OD projects within media organisations in London, most recently restructuring a large Plc involving the sale and acquisition of group companies.
She is passionate about flourishing workplaces and the philosophy that when you free people from constraint you are rewarded with increased performance.
